Its a navy base w. pink/ blue/ purple flowers, in the cover photo I layered a white tank underneath so you can better see the underlying dots in the pattern of this shirt. Love the ruffles and frills. Slight darts at the bust, so this shirt does have a bit of a form up top, otherwise I'd say it falls rather straight. Sleeve cuffs do have elastic for a fitted wrist.
