Multicolor Panoply Size 6 Ball gown dress

Panoply/Frills By Scott design. Has pockets! Bought for my senior voice recital and decided to wear a different dress so its only been worn to try on. The straps were taken up mesh under the arms was scooped and it was hemmed with me being 56 plus 3 inch heels. Will include matching earrings!
