It ties in the the back at the shoulders and mid back. there is a solid blue tank attached under the tope of the romper. This romper has white crocheted lace trim around the bottom of the top. The top of the romper is loose and flowy over the bottom half of the romper. This romber is made of rayon and linen. the under tank is polyester. This romper is machine washable.
