@daphnelopez1965 yes, youd have to make a support ticket in poshmark support asking them for a refund instead of shipping out the item to the other buyer.

@daphnelopez1965 press on your account and go all the way down where it says poshmark support and provide them the order number. Say that you cant ship out the item and rather receive a refund.
