Ozma Kate Cropped Pant Putty Size 25

Ozma Kate cropped pant This is a soft brushed cotton material, no stretch These are just a hair too tight- waist measures just under 13” across but for some reason they just seem to feel tighter than my other pants that have a 26” waistband I would trade for next size up in any of the colors in this pant too! Tiny spot on right knee that looks like it’s a part of the material. Also a tiny spot you can barely see on the back right leg.
