PRIMP | Black & White Polka Dot Skater Dress

Bought from Primp Boutique in MN. This dress was worn twice and is in excellent condition. Key hole detail on the front. Straps were shortened for less cleavage, but I can easily remove stitches if you would like. Refer to last picture for length (for reference I'm 5'5) Fits a size XS/S.
