Piazza Sempione Tie Waist Double Breasted Coat

This gorgeous, double breasted jacket has a charcoal and grey marled body with black ribbed sleeves. Grosgrain ribbon belt at waist. Sleeves are 100% wool, body materials tag is shown in photos...I was unable to translate, appears to be a wool blend. Body is lined. There are 3 small holes down in ribbing on left sleeve near cuff...only visible when fabric is stretched (see last photo). Italian size 42, US size 6 per manufacturer. Heavy jacket, light coat. D9
