Red vintage style silky semi sheer blouse with large collar/tie

This is a gorgeous red blouse-perfect for so many occasions. Work, casual, party; you name it and I bet you could wear this shirt to it. It is by Koret. The chest measures 22” flat. Tag says size 14, but in my opinion it could fit a medium and be cute slightly oversized, or an XL and be fitted.
