Vintage Handcrafted Seven Compartment Brass Peacock Spice Kumkum Tikka Box India A fabulous Vintage/Antique Indian Spice Box / Hindu Spice Box / Kumkum Ritual Box / Brass Spice Box with seven compartments. The central stand is a peacock bird. When tight it keeps the compartments locked in place. When unscrewed the 6 compartment lids lift up. It has an intense patina which makes it appear very old, not sure of the actual age. It is at least from the 1980s, likely older. The spice box measures a maximum of 2 1/4 inches in diameter and stands 2 1/4 inches high. It is nice and heavy, rustic, and well made. The condition is very good. It can be fully cleaned if desired.
