Vintage Luli & Me Cotton Velvet Dress | 8

New with Tags - 1990s Luli & Me label girls holiday dress. This is constructed out of soft chocolate brown cotton velvet with dusty pink satin accents and bodice lining. A sweet fabric flower adorns the waist ribbon on front. Four button closures on back along with ribbon waist bow. This has an attached underskirt to give it volume. Outstanding quality. Size 8. In Very Good vintage condition. There are a couple of surface nibbles on the ribbon on back (shown circled in the last couple of photos). The smaller ones are hidden when the ribbon is tied off.
