Vtg Y2K stretch ribbed knit sleeveless blouse - Belldini brand

Vintage early 2000s super stretch sleeveless black sweater with V neckline framed by a big ruffle. This is one of those shirts that stretches to become form fitting and shrinks to itty bitty when you take it off. New with original tags and spare thread + ruffles. Tag says Size Medium. It fits very tightly on my Size 6 dress form in the photos, so I would size it as a modern Size Small. Bust stretches comfortably to about 36" Length 22"
