Gathers surround the skirt giving it extra fullness. Measurements Flat approx: Bust: 18", Waist: 14.5", Length: 58.5" This is a sample dress, embroidered at the very bottom. Tiny discoloration on the cumberbund, near the left side seam. Small discoloration on the overlay on the back, near the bottom. All are not very noticeable, see pictures.
