1920s/30s Vintage Skirt

This was my great grandmothers. My grandmother passed away and we’ve been finding a whole bunch of her stuff and her moms stuff! Black with velvet lines. Way too small for any of us. Accent buttons at waist. She may have sewn them on herself, she was a button collector. See photo held against window, there are a few tears in one part you can see against light Top is 13” flat. No stretch. Length 33.5” Buttons and zipper work! Needs to be cleaned and I’m afraid I’ll mess it up!
