Blue Fish Wine Colored Vest / Tunic w Velvet Ribbons & Original Art

This vintage, wine colored, mid length tunic / vest with velvet ties is really special. Multiple tie holes appear along the collar, front, and back, which allow variation in where they are placed and how many are used. Additional ribbons can be purchased or a variety of ribbons used to change the look. Four velvet ribbons are included with the piece. A slit appears at the center back, and dropped arm openings allow for a variety of shapes and sizes.
