Resin protective finish makes the colors pop and the blue paint has iridescent pigments added as well. Board has a high gloss protective HEAT AND COLD RESISTANT finish for use as a trivet. We do our best to insure perfect coats of resin but occasionally, as with any creative process, there may be small imperfections on the surface of the resin such as fine bubbles or small particles that have found a way to the painting and cured within the resin during its 24-48 hour drying stage.
