Hem & Thread Crop Peplum Top, Size Medium

This cute little crop top is blue and white. The top which is smocked is about 6” and then there is a little ruffle and the rest of the top is 8”. There is a blue tie on top with a hook and eye. It measures about 13” across. It is in very good used condition.
