Definitely fits a laptop (check dimensions) however does NOT have a separate laptop compartment! Bag’s straps are a bit mushed up from the way it is packaged but would be all good when filled in and carried for a few days Has two side compartments that can be used for a water bottle and miscellaneous items Two zipper compartments on the ombré part of the backpack Note: the ombré part is canvas fabric while the rest of the bag is the infamous Kipling fabric
