Lemax 2004 Caged Monster Pumpkin Hollow Halloween Decoration W/ Box TESTED Needs 3 AA batteries. Batteries not included. A/C adaptable. Cord not included. Could not get monster to shake with just batteries. I think this was because my batteries were out of juice. All lights and monster does shake when adapter is put in. Monster does not shake as much as the box describes. Comes from smoke free home
