Men's Suit Jacket Blazer Coat Wool Gray Italian Italy Lubiam 56R (Big & Tall) Gray 100% Wool Lined 56R The measurement of the sleeve from top of shoulder to end is 25" (not the typical way to measure). My husband in the photo usually takes a 48R with a dress shirt sleeve of 35/36 (which is longer than standard). This jacket is big on him but the sleeves were too short.
