Off the shoulder short sleeve top

This adorable off the shoulder short sleeve top has elastic at the waist and ties at the sleeves I bought this new, from another seller but the size is wrong. I am listing this as a small as you can see by my measurements, it also fits my mannequin that is a woman’s size 4/6 perfectly! So this is new and never worn I really like this top and sad that it doesn’t fit!!! Please see my pictures for measurements I’m a fast shipper!
