Pulse Women’s Blue Winter Coat Double Layer Size 1X

This jacket has two layers. They can be zipped in or out depending on desired use. There is a waterproof outer shell and a black fleece inside warm layer. This coat has a hood and is adjustable. Nice pockets as well. I’m marking it new without tags because I only wore this for an hour while supervising my kiddos at a snow tubing park. Please let me know if you have any questions!
