The tags erroneously say "bath mat", but these are far too thin and small for that - I purchased them to use as placemats with a set of seashell design dishes. They're 100% cotton and have a nubby texture, although the part printed with fish is more like a burlap. The measurements are approx. 15" X 21". Reasonable offers considered or countered; ABSOLUTELY NO LOWBALLS!!!
