Vintage 80s corset top / strapless bustier in turquoise taffeta with a sweetheart neckline and ruffled peplum hem. This was straight cut off from an 80s prom dress... so punk rock! The zipper has been sewn shut at the bottom so that you can't accidentally unzip it and then never get it zipped back up, but it unzips all the way down in order to get it on and off!
