Vintage mantel or chest of drawers scarf

I acquired this piece from an estate sale. It is so very pretty, but as with a lot of old pieces it comes with years of scars or defects. There are many small stains either from use or storage on this piece. I’m not sure if they can be removed or not, but I’m pricing accordingly to this. Auctioneer said it could possibly be from around the 1930’s era.
