Vintage-MCM Rare Set of 4 Metal Brass Candlesticks By Ivar Alenus Bjork 1935-1969 Super rare Ivar Ålenius Björk (1905 - 1978) designed a series of brass candlesticks for a Swedish manufacturer Ystad-Metall. These candlesticks have become a modern design classic that has featured in many international design magazines to this day. They are of the finest quality craftsmanship and are in very good vintage condition with normal signs of wear from age and use. The brass surface retains a beautiful rich patina has been left untouched through the years. These are selling at auctions for way over asking price.
