Vtg 90s reversible ladybug summer skirt - Handmade

Handmade vintage early 1990s era reversible drawstring above the knee skirt. One side has a bright ladybug cartoon family reunion motif, the other has ladybugs and butterflies in flight. There are no fabric tags as this is a hand-made piece, but it's a machine washable sturdy cotton with no stretch. In great condition. No flaws. Truly a one of a kind find! Size 2X - 4X. Waist: 44" with a drawstring to adjust the fit several inches smaller if desired. Length: 19"
