Zoompy USA vintage white boho velvet trim top

This is probably vintage 80s. The size tag is no longer visible so please check measurements. Armpit to armpit 17 1/2”,Total length 18 inches in the front 19” in back. Sleeve length from top of shoulder 23 1/2”Waist 15 1/2”. Top is in good condition. Please see photos for details. Getting this to be a small but could be juniors medium. Not a stark white more of an off-white with cream colored velvet trim.
