Antique capiz trinket dish with brass feet. In very good pre-owned condition, one side has a flaw or small chip, see last picture. From a family estate sale, I've had it for a little over 25 years and it was old when I bought it. Measures about 3.5" X 2" and is about 1" tall. Item number 05240-173-400.
