1 Gallon Water Bottle with Time Markers and Motivational Messages This is a listing for a 1-gallon water bottle from BuildLife. It is a great way to track water content. I did a 75 day program (75 Hard) which I highly recommend -- and i had to drink one gallon of water a day for 75 days - so I used this 75 times! It was heavy to carry around so I filled it each evening and I would just pour water from this bottle into a smaller bottler I carried around with me - but it was a great way to keep track. (I also have other smaller water bottles in my closet so you could bundle this with a smaller bottle. This does have a scratch on it which I pointing out in the last picture. I really just want to pass this along to someone else -- it's not ready for the landfill just yet - so make me a reasonable offer and its yours!
