Okay. With the skirt laying flat, and the front Zippered part facing me, it measured 16 inches across the waist top & 20 inches across the bottom thigh area. I hope this helps. Let me know if you need my info. Thanks again for your interest.🤗

Also the drop from the waist to the thigh/hip area is 15 inches. I just realized that my photos showing the tape measurements aren't quite clear.🤦♀️😘
