Vintage Michael Anthony 10K Heart Pendant Exquisite Floral Starburst Filigree Work with Diamond Cutting 10K Yellow Gold with White Gold Accents Very Large in size at approximately 1 1/2 inches long including bale by about 1 1/3 inches at widest. Shown next to a quarter for size comparison (quarter not included). This is so very spectacular and I hate to part with it, but it needs some love and needs to be shown off instead of just sitting in my jewelry box. This is a super RARE design.
