All pearls are in excellent condition. 14K gold clasp, excellent quality as it’s vintage. Elegant & understated. This was an anniversary gift for my mom, purchased from Saks Fifth Avenue NYC. Seldom worn these as she kept them in a safe, and wore her simulated pearls. *(Note: Clasp does not stay secured during wear. An easy fix). My advice: replace the clasp by a reputable jeweler and have them responded. The recommendation is to restrand them yearly for frequent wearers. trinitystresor @sydennes so it looks like they’re White South Sea Island cultured pearls (the most valuable) and they have a thick nacre. The vintage cultured pearls are the best quality.
