From Ross-Simons jewelers, beautiful puffed seashell! 18kt gold - not plated - made in Italy. Integral bale is generously sized to accommodate good sized chains. Chain NOT included! Weight approx 5 grams. Photo shows size comparison to a 50-cent coin. I have been wearing this shell on a 24” popcorn chain for years! Just weighed the shell on my Cuisinart kitchen scale - photos show 0 when I started and 4 and 5 grams. This piece is so light that it is hard to be 100% accurate without using a jeweler’s scale.

bettyboopertoo @cheeruon Hi Roz! Thanks! Too bad I don’t wear half my good jewelry anymore! So many things I’ve accumulated over so many years! Time to downsize! The other necklace around my neck is more sentimental - it is yellow and white gold, was my grandfather’s watch fob chain from his gold pocket watch circa 1911. I still have the watch in its orig jewelry case from Bridgeport CT. I think he bought it after becoming a US citizen in 1911! 😃😃
