This is a signed Boucher, phrygian cap mark, 1940's sterling fur clip. It's shaped like an oyster shell with rounded curves, pave-set rhinestones at the top and a faux pearl. It measures 1 3/4 inches long by 1 1/2 inch wide. The plating has some wear and tarnish. Overall good condition for the age of the piece
