fe11 Hello, I have tried to purchase this bag twice now and my orders keep getting canceled. Poshmark canceled the first order on my boyfriend's account and locked his account so he couldn't communicate with you. I then had to create my own account and that purchase was canceled, but I didn't receive notification, so I wanted to know if you had canceled it. That account is also locked, so I am writing this from a friend's account. I would like to put through my order for the 4 bags I selected. Thanks

lynndeanne @fe11 Poshmark cancelled the second order too. They said that payment was not verified. Maybe the shipping address didn’t match billing address? I don’t really know about payment issues, so best move is to contact them.

fe11 Thanks for getting back to me. There's a delay with customer service help and I never even received a cancellation notice for the second order, so I'm still waiting to hear back. The payments and addresses match, it must be because they are new accounts. I'm new to Poshmark and didn't expect to have issues, since I buy things online all the time. I was really hoping to order your bags for birthdays that are coming up, so I might try on this account.
