1999 Twizzler Giggler candy holder figurine

1999 retro Hershey Twixzler character. Arms and feet move. Fits 10 twizzlers. shake up and down character giggles while candy comes out. Paint is wearing off on hands and some by face. I've notice online similar issue, otherwise in great condition
