3/$15 H&M Black Velvet Mini Dress with One Strap and Empire Waistline (Size: 4)

Black velvet mini dress with lining and one should with multiple straps. Empire waist with satin fabric. Zipper in the back. This dress is in excellent preloved condition. The velvet looks different because of lighting, but there aren’t any flaws as far as I can see. Approximate measurements are shown in photos.
