3/$15 Spense Button Down Polka Dot Blouse w/Ruffed Neckline (Size: Small)

Black silky top with white polka dots throughout the fabric. Ruffles all around the V neck and on the back of the neck as well. There are a couple of loose threads, but this top is in excellent condition. Approximate measurements shown in photos.
