Very cute and sexy floral print top in cream and black brand new with tags. Has puff sleeves and is a smocked crop top. Fabric is sheer around sleeves, double lined on breasts. Measurements in photo, smocked top is very stretchy and will stretch up to 23 in laying flat. I wear a 38F bra and my bust is too large for this top. I still had plenty of room for stretch around waist and the top is form fitting due to the smocked fabric. Would probably fit a D cup or smaller best. Maybe a DD if you are 34DD or 36DD.
