70s Vintage Red Gingham and Lace Dress

This dress is so awesome. Circa 1970s, it is a red and white gingham fit and flare shirt dress. Has long sleeves, a dagger collar, and buttons down the bust with big pearlescent buttons. Is banded on the waist and wrists with red and green ribbon, and the sleeves have a band of blue gingham fabric. The skirt is slightly flared in a fit and flare style, and is striped horizontally with alternating patterns of gingham and lace. Dress is handmade with no tags - see measurements in photos. Approximately a small to extra small. Feels like it is made of cotton or a cotton blend. It is in good vintage condition with no major flaws to note.
