70s velveteen skirt, floral print, union label, marked 11/12 but fits size S

True vintage 1970s velveteen skirt with lovely floral print. Instead of darts in the front, there are little gathers. There’s a slit on each side seam. Dry cleaning recommended. Marked 11/12, but sizing has changed since the 1970s. Look carefully at the waist and hips measurements, as this skirt fits much smaller than a modern 11/12. The mannequin has 26” waist and 36” hip. The skirt is large on her. Please look carefully at the measurements below. Waist flat measure 14 1/8” (total 28 1/4”) Full hip 19 1/2” (total 39”) Length below waist band 27 1/2” The fabric isn’t stretchy. Message me if you have questions. Excellent vintage condition.
