80s Breli Originals dress houndstooth plaid shirtwaist pleated midi dress, small

Vintage 70s or 80s Breli Originals shirtwaist pleated midi secretary dress in a tan and blue houndstooth plaid pattern. It features an elastic waist, decorative gold buttons at the neck and cuffs, a matching belt and a faux pocket square. It’s a silky, flowy fabric that I believe is polyester. Very good vintage condition. Fits a modern size small (see below). Approximate measurements lying flat: Armpit to armpit: 19” Waist: 13” (stretches to 19”) Length (from top of shoulder): 43”
