lmc1036 What is the waistline measurements of the skirt?

lanamama64 @lmc1036 waist is 27-28” person. There are some photos of the skirt in the listing right next to the suit. 21” is how long skirt is, keep in mind it is mid waist or a tad higher. See photos. The hips measure area is 20.25”. My hips are a lot bigger than my waist so it was altered to have a smaller waist with a few darts. I had it done at the shop that sold suits back in 1995
