This vintage 1990's Bechamel cotton red and white striped oversized button down blouse with a cluster of clucking chickens embroidered flanking the bottom of the bottom of the shirt and 2 more at the back under the neck. The sleeves can rolled up and button them to a 3/4 sleeve and keep in place so they stay safari style. There is a tiny spot on the sleeve (shown in images).
