90s Small-pleated Midi Skirt Black Crepe Vintage | Sz S

1 owner- my mom. Lightweight beautifully made very dark black crepe pleated. Elastic inside waist for a very comfy fit. Crepe is see through and there is a full crepe underlayer slip. This would fit a S/M 4/6. Waist= 12 to 18 fully stretched. Hem to waist= 27" Hardly worn and in excellent condition. This may be silk chiffon- it says hand wash on the tag but does not identify the material.
