Is the red string on the back faulty? Or is it intentionally split?

@sjjeon both sides look the same and it's attached on the inside. I did stitch reinforce to make sure they don't come out. I think the original owner may have put too much stress on the back. but again it's on the inside and sturdy 🙂 hope that helps!
