these pants are so wide as to almost be a Palazzo or a skirt. They look like a blue jean, but they are much lighter fabric maybe a rayon tent cell cross more like a chambray. They are a darker wash. Two side pockets and then elastic waist at the back that will stretch easilyto 19 inches. They are marked medium, but I believe they would better serve a large. In excellent condition.
