I ordered tory burch heels from you and the package was sent back to you for some reason. I never was issued a refund! I am very sad about this and have tried contacting Poshmark support with no response. Please send me the shoes or issue me a refund. Thank you

There is no way to privately message you. Once you received the package back you should have issued a refund to the buyer. I have never had an issue like this before.

@hannahmac475 that is the reason why they sent it back because the address is invalid, I can’t change the address on my end you have to update your address on Poshmark so then I can print another label.
