Lightweight dress that has cap sleeves and embroidered added stripes at the waist and skirt. Fit and flare style. Back zip closure. Great career piece or wear to a summer party. CONDITION NOTE: There is a small seam issue at the bottom of the zipper as seen in the last pic. This can probably be sewn up by someone with more skills. There was also not a fabric tag but this is likely cotton with maybe a little spandex although there is very little stretch.
