Ann Taylor Loft Cotton Pleated Circle Skirt

Ann Taylor Loft fun pleated skirt with red and black chain links. I believe it is cotton but has some stretch to it. An older piece, good condition with minimal wear. No holes or stains. Zipper closure, not lined. 15 inch waist, 20 inch drop. Offers welcome 😊
